Easy Pickled Red Onions Recipe

  • 3/4 cups Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • Large red onion
  1. Cut your red onion into thin slices

  2. Slice garlic clove into thin slices

  3. Separate red onions and place in jar along with peppercorns and sliced garlic

  4. Vinegar, water, salt and your sweetener of choice in a pot and simmer until all is dissolved. 

  5. Pour your brine solution over onions until they are completely covered. 

  6. Rest for at least 30 minutes and then enjoy.
